A personal note

Why I'm building this — and why it can't wait.

Over 25+ years, I've worked across industrial automation, fashion, food manufacturing, healthcare, and tech. I've built machines with my own hands and started businesses from scratch.

But three years ago, something troubled me deeply. I interviewed 500+ students for my tech company. Bright kids. Good grades. Engineering degrees.

I asked them: "What have you built? What are you curious about?"

Almost always? Blank stares. "I need a job. I need a good salary."

We're raising a generation of consumers, not creators. Kids who can answer questions but can't ask them. Minds trained to follow instructions, not solve problems.

That's what's holding innovation back in India. Not talent. Not intelligence. But the lack of hands-on, real-world learning.

That's why I started AIGenZSkills — not to add another coaching centre, but to give students what the system doesn't: the chance to build, create, and think like inventors.
